Komako-Aroha
Komako is an emerging sound healer who uses the medicine of ancient Māori instruments (Taonga Pūoro) & Tambura (Indian string instrument) to offer a space of deep presence and interconnection between oneself and the natural laws of life. She offers sound through her breath, the breath of those present & the breath of the space to bring awareness and healing sound frequencies that are in direct communication with Earth, sky and womb. Komako uses the practice of sound medicine to connect the ancient world of nature & divinity into the present moment in this space and time.
Billy Lewis
Billy was introduced to yoga by his parents at a young age - a passion which has expanded into different areas of study such as yogic philosophy, traditional tantra, western psychology and Chinese Taoism. He uses yin yoga as a vehicle for storytelling and giving others an opportunity to explore the inner landscapes of the body and mind. You can expect a deep, slow & introspective journey in Billy’s classes, with the intention of coming back to the eternal peace that resides within.
