Your facilitators...

Komako-Aroha

Komako is an emerging sound healer who uses the medicine of ancient Māori instruments (Taonga Pūoro) & Tambura (Indian string instrument) to offer a space of deep presence and interconnection between oneself and the natural laws of life. She offers sound through her breath, the breath of those present & the breath of the space to bring awareness and healing sound frequencies that are in direct communication with Earth, sky and womb. Komako uses the practice of sound medicine to connect the ancient world of nature & divinity into the present moment in this space and time.

Billy Lewis

Billy was introduced to yoga by his parents at a young age - a passion which has expanded into different areas of study such as yogic philosophy, traditional tantra, western psychology and Chinese Taoism. He uses yin yoga as a vehicle for storytelling and giving others an opportunity to explore the inner landscapes of the body and mind. You can expect a deep, slow & introspective journey in Billy’s classes, with the intention of coming back to the eternal peace that resides within.

Irma Schutte

Irma is a clinical homeopath, sound healer, teacher and founder of Mamamuti. She has been working with evidence-based natural medicine since 1999. She has a special interest in holistic mental health and addiction recovery methods. As a group facilitator she holds a trauma-informed space. Her devotion to understand and uphold the traditional, spiritual and cultural significance of ancient plant medicine has taken her across the globe. Irma has been working with cacao as a plant guide since 2015 and has been facilitating cacao gatherings and ceremonies across Aotearoa since 2018.

The cacao you will be receiving connects you directly to the farmers and communities in the cacao growing region of Central Peru. A world apart from monoculture cacao plantations and industrially processed cacao, this high vibrational heart opening strain of Amazonian 'criollo' cacao is crafted with care and intention in small batches for Ceremonial Grade energy. It includes natural cacao butter, the most effective carrier of cacao's medicinal benefits. It's the perfect companion with meditation, yoga, writing, music and spiritual practice. Cacao can enhance awareness, presence, and focus - activating creativity. Feel grounded and tuned in to the frequency of love! A true to origin drinking chocolate experience.
