Mamamuti does not offer returns or refunds of opened product as this is a food product.

Mamamuti does not offer refunds for melted product, as it is still very much usable and its health + flavour properties have not been impacted.

Mamamuti does not offer returns or refunds for cacao that did not deliver on time: see the details of our shipping policy below.

In cases excluding situations described in above, Mamamuti will offer a refund less 25% restocking fee for unopened product returned to us within 21 days. Send an email to hello@mamamuti.com letting us know with your order number in the subject line, and send the product back to: 29 Taipari Avenue, Raglan, Waikato, 3225. Shipping charges are at your cost.

We are not able to refund shipping charges. If the product arrives back at Mamamuti melted, we won't refund the cost. Please make sure that any returns are well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded and we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
