Mamamuti Chocolate Bark with Strawberry

This simple and wholesome treat not only looks delightful it tastes amazing! It’s super easy to make and can replace processed sugary store bought chocolate. Ideal for birthday parties, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, baby showers, as a gift for someone special or a personal treat. 

Ingredients

250g Mamamuti Yin Blend Cacao Paste
60g-80g coconut sugar - pop in blender to create a finer consistency.  

Any sort of toppings you desire such as chopped nuts, dried fruits, candied citrus peel and flowers. Have fun and play! 

Method

1. In a bowl suspended over simmering water, gently melt the Mamamuti Cacao Paste. 
2. Add the sugar and stir well.
3. Pour out onto baking paper and sprinkle with any desired toppings. 
4. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
5. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container or large mason jar.
