Shipping and Delivery

Currently Mamamuti only ships in New Zealand. Mamamuti offers FREE shipping and delivery of products on ALL orders over $70 within New Zealand. Otherwise we offer $9.50 tracked shipping across the North Island, $11.50 tracked shipping across the South Island and $15.00 tracked shipping for Rural Addresses. This applies to physical addresses only. We ship daily, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery on all standard shipping. For rural deliveries allow 4-6 working days for delivery. These times are not guaranteed. They are subject to the performance of the courier service. Cut off time for next day dispatch is 10pm, excluding weekends during which no orders are processed. If you order after 10pm during weekdays your order will not go out the following day, so you’ll need to add an additional day to your delivery time.

After placing your order please keep an eye out for your delivered package. Despite our best efforts cacao will melt when left in a hot location.

We will bear the risk of loss or damage to the products until such time as they have been delivered. After this point the risk passes to the purchaser.

If we accept that a product was not delivered, or that products delivered were spoiled or damaged when delivered, we will replace the affected products or issue a refund for the amount paid for the products.

If you've received the wrong product or something was missing from your order, email us at hello@mamamuti.com with your order #, and what the error was. Photos often help too!

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. Quoted delivery times are estimates only;

2. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer than the time indicated, and some delivery options may not be available;

3. To the extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the product order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated: and

4. Mamamuti is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
