Treat yourself and the family to this simple, delicious, refined sugar and dairy free recipe. It’s just what you need to cool down during those long hot summer days. (serves 4)
1/2 cup coconut yogurt (I love Raglan Food Co)
1 cup coconut cream
1 ripe banana
3 tablespoons Mamamuti Cacao Powder
1/4 - 1/2 cup maple syrup (depending on how sweet you enjoy it)
- Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into moulds. Freeze.
- Optional extras.... Drizzle with melted Mamamuti Yin Blend Cacao Paste, nuts and freeze dried berry crumbles.
