What makes this cacao so divine?
The directly sourced and fully traceable organic cacao beans journey from the PNG farming communities in Central Province and East Sepik immediately upon completion of fermenting and sun drying to the locally owned Queen Emma factory in Port Moresby. There the beans are batch roasted to 122 degrees, cracked, winnowed, and ground into a paste for 36 hours. The result - an utterly smooth and creamy 100% pure cacao paste perfect for everyday use.
This process is done within one factory, providing local employment to the community in Port Moresby, PNG.
