Mamamuti is delighted to introduce to you its latest creation - Papua New Guinea Paste. A uniquely rich cacao that will make you feel grounded, nourished and invigorated.

What makes this cacao so divine?

The directly sourced and fully traceable organic cacao beans journey from the PNG farming communities in Central Province and East Sepik immediately upon completion of fermenting and sun drying to the locally owned Queen Emma factory in Port Moresby. There the beans are batch roasted to 122 degrees, cracked, winnowed, and ground into a paste for 36 hours. The result - an utterly smooth and creamy 100% pure cacao paste perfect for everyday use.

This process is done within one factory, providing local employment to the community in Port Moresby, PNG.

It’s safe to say I’m addicted to this cacao.. it’s smooth, creamy and full of that good chocolaty flavour. Paired with honestly any milk it is such a treat!

Absolutely divine

I usually buy the Yin blend which I adore but I thought I'd try this one out instead, as usual I'm in love with the product and am having to ration myself so the bag doesn't disappear. So so so good. I'll definitely buy it again.
